Here is the analysis of the dinner engagement and meeting between Presidents Bush, Karzai, and Musharraf. One interesting thing noted on this clip is Emily Hunt reminding us that President Musharraf's priority is securing itself against India and that Musharraf was one of the two or three presidents during the 1990s to have diplomatic relations with the Taliban:

How serious is President Karzai in fighting the war on terror? First take a look at my first entry on one of my previous posts, 'Happenings this week', then watch the following video clip. These two sources of information does not necessarily indicate that President Karzai has the exact same vision as President Bush in fighting the war on terror and Islamofacism. However, he is definitely interested in keeping the Taliban out of Afghanistan and seems to comprehend the negative impact of the Jihadists/terrorism against our country:
